Contrary to what others have written ... No state can be a "return" time in the lease .... unless it contained such a clause in your lease.
The consequences are:
1. Do you pay the leasing rate of completion ... if it is present and:
2. The payment of the rent until a new tenant, if he will be replaced.
I am not familiar with real estate laws in your country, but I would immediately call and talk to the people who treat them. Nobody wants an unhappy customer and tenant and the problems that come with a bad lease. You could try calling a local agency and ask them to refer you to a source of knowledge.
I think each state has 3 days. I am furmiliar with MN, but what happens to us in Texas. I would say that though as soon as possible. If you do this in 3 days, you should be able to make and receive your deposit. We did it anyway. See also the lease you signed, which must say something. Anyway, get it immediately!
It can not, why not think about things before you?
