What are dentures over implants? - snap in dentures

The doctor said it takes 4-6 months for my gums to heal. Can I still have my teeth without any degradation in this period? Do you have to install a dentist in the toolbar on my prosthesis to "supplement" used in the implants? This bar is cured my teeth after the gums? Or it can be installed before, but unused, be healed until my gums? ~ I have a cost of implants. ~ How much does the bar?
